Dr. Phil Cadman, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Premier Physical Therapy’s Woodlawn location. Dr. Cadman earned a Masters in Physical Therapy and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The Ohio State University. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), participating in the Neurology and Private Practice Sections.
Dr. Cadman treats a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. During his 20 years of experience, he has developed a practice built on individualized care focusing on the patient as a whole. He strives to find the source of the problem and ensures that the treatment plan addresses the source and effectively treats the symptoms. Dr. Cadman continues to advance his knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of a myriad of diagnoses. He enjoys a variety of clinical interests, including all neurological injuries and diseases, sports medicine, and spine injuries. Dr. Andy Beardslee, PT, DPT, MSCS is the Clinical Director of Premier Physical Therapy’s Blue Ash location. He earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount St. Joseph University, which has since awarded him the Distinguished Clinical Instructor Award and the Alumni Physical Therapy Leader Award. Dr. Beardslee continues to give back to the field as a clinical instructor for multiple physical therapy programs in the area and is a guest lecturer at the University of Cincinnati and Mount St. Joseph University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA).
Dr. Beardslee’s greatest area of experience is treating patients with neurological conditions including spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological disorders. Dr. Beardslee is proud to be a recognized provider with the Partners in MS Care Program, and he was recently elected to serve on the Health Care Advisory Board for the MS Society Ohio Valley Chapter. His personal participation in running and triathlon competition has contributed to his interest in treating patients with injuries common to endurance athletes. He has treated several patients training for the Boston Marathon and Ironman Triathlon competition, and frequently provides race-day injury assessments at local races.

Dr. Sarah Begley, PT, DPT is a staff physical therapist as Premier Physical Therapy’s Woodlawn location. Dr. Begley earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Campbell University after earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences – Exercise & Movement Science from the University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Begley believes it is important to utilize a combination of manual therapy with exercise-based tasks to help improve her patient’s functional independence. Dr. Begley continues her education by staying up to date on evidence-based practices and collaboration with staff members. Dr. Rachel Cameron, PT, DPT is a staff physical therapist at Premier Physical Therapy’s Blue Ash location. Dr. Cameron earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati after earning a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences from Bowling Green State University. Dr. Cameron is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Ohio Physical Therapy Association.
Dr. Cameron has a special interest in working with patients with a variety of neurologic conditions, including, but not limited to, patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury. She focuses on gait mechanics and proper facilitation in the treatment of patients with neurologic conditions because she believes in the strong impact this has on functional mobility. Another patient population that Dr. Cameron has interest and experience working with are patients with amputations. She believes in the use of manual therapy as well as gait training and balance training in order for patients with amputations to return to their prior level of function. Dr. Cameron interests also extend into Women’s Health and has completed the Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Level 1 course from the American Physical Therapy Association. Debbie Clarke, PT, MPT, CIDN is a staff physical therapist at Premier Physical Therapy in Woodlawn. Debbie earned her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Debbie is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Debbie is certified in Integrative Dry Needling (CIDN), which utilizes a comprehensive approach to the use of dry needling treating both the symptomatic areas and the source of the dysfunction especially along nerve pathways. She also has a specialty in Myofascial Release for the treatment of myofascial restrictions and has found this technique to be very effective in treating chronic pain syndromes and conditions that do not typically respond well to traditional therapy approaches. Dr. Eden Climo, PT, DPT is a staff physical therapist at Premier Physical Therapy in Woodlawn. Throughout her clinical internships, Dr. Climo gained experience with a wide variety of patient populations and diagnoses including orthopedic, geriatric, lower extremity limb loss, neurological, and chronic pain. Dr. Maines approach to physical therapy is to let a patient tell their story. The majority of the time, the patient will tell you their biggest concern in the first 30 seconds of meeting then when you take the time to listen. When you listen to their story you can treat them as a person and not just an impaired joint, limb or body part.
Dr. Maines believes physical therapy could and should be at the forefront of the health care screening and prevention methods. If we can catch movement dysfunction early, she believes we can help prevent some vital organ diseases.

Dr. Simoncelli approaches every patient as a new and unique situation. He understands each patient starts at a different place and has different goals and aspirations. Dr. Simoncelli has experience treating patients with orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletol dysfunctions. He enjoys returning active people back to their active lifestyles after a setback. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at the Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati. He is a member of the Orthopedic Section of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA).
Dr. Vollmer’s experience includes treating patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Dr. Vollmer uses manual skills to improve biomechanical faults of the joints and spine. His experience also extends to patients with neurological conditions, including but not limited to, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and amputations. His greatest area of experience is in gait training for patients with neurological conditions, specifically improving mechanics of patients who have suffered an amputation of the leg. Dr. Vollmer believes that the best approach to therapy involves collaboration between the therapist and the patient to determine goals and the appropriate approach to treatment. He strongly believes in using the patient’s sessions to improve mechanical faults and muscular imbalances with his hands-on techniques, while implementing home exercise programs to augment treatment and allow for further progression. Due to his significant interest in golf, Dr. Vollmer has aspirations to begin implementation of golf rehab programs to allow for return to play following injuries.

As a physical therapist assistant, Debbie works under the direction and supervision of our physical therapist to assist patients in meeting their goals. Laura VanDorpe, PTA is a physical therapist assistant at Premier Physical Therapy Services in Blue Ash.
